Please note that we do our best to respond to your message as soon as possible. If you or your child are in crisis or in need of immediate support, please go to your emergency room, call 911, or your local crisis line.

In Hamilton, the crisis line is COAST at 905-972-8338.

We recognize and acknowledge that the therapists and clients of Tree & Sapling Counselling Centre meet and seek healing on the traditional territories of the Erie, Neutral, Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee and Mississaugas, and within the lands protected by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant, which was an agreement between the Haudenosaunee Confederacy and Anishinaabe Nations to peaceably share and care for the resources around the Great Lakes and each other. We recognize that Indigenous Peoples all across Turtle Island (North America) continue to live on these lands and recognize the responsibility that our professions have to be active participants in reconciliation.
